Imagine360 is seeking a Product Marketing Manager to join our team! The\u202fProduct Marketing Manager\u202fis responsible for leading the strategy and go-to-market (GTM) for product positioning and competitive differentiation across all stages of the buyer and customer journey. This includes marketing campaigns, promotions, content, sales collateral and training to support awareness, discovery, purchasing decision and customer experience to support exceptional customer satisfaction. This role will focus on building brand awareness, educating the market, and driving demand for products and services.\n
Position Location: 100% remote\n
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:\n\nDevelop and execute product marketing strategies and plans, both short and long range, to drive awareness, adoption, and revenue growth for our products \nCollaborate closely with cross-functional groups to define target market segments and product features \nCreate product messaging and positioning assignments to articulate the value proposition and differentiators of our products. \nInitiate the kickoff process and project management for new projects. Ensure timeliness and accuracy of projects \nIn partnership with Sales, deliver effective sales enablement tools, including sales presentations and product training materials \nLead and create successful go-to-market plans with defined product launches, working closely with cross-functional teams to coordinate marketing activities, such as content creation, advertising, events, and PR \nMonitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives, and make data-driven recommendations for optimization \nCollaborate with the team to develop engaging marketing collateral and materials, including product videos, training demos and case studies \nAssist in development of marketing claims\/case studies and review with cross-functional team to determine suitability \nRoute all content through internal processes for compliance \nConduct in-market research to gain insights into customer needs, competitive landscape, and market trends to inform product positioning and messaging \nConduct market research as needed to identify insights and deeply understand target audience needs\n\n
Required Experience\/Education:\n\nBachelor's degree in Marketing or related field\n5+ years of proven experience as a product marketing manager or similar role for employee benefits or health industry\n\n
Skills and Abilities:\n\nStrong strategic, analytical and critical thinking skills with proven expertise in problem-solving \nStrong presentation skills and command of an audience \nExcellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling and concise messaging \nAbility to distill complex problems and recommendations in easily-digestible, cohesive customer-friendly presentations \nA strong understanding of the product life cycle and promotional process with proven experience as a\u202fproduct marketing manager or similar role \nStrong understanding of product marketing principles, go-to-market, and sales enablement best practices \nStrong project management skills and ability to navigate ambiguity \nCollaborative orientation with the ability to effectively partner and motivate across functions \nA proven track record of contributing positively to team culture, working collaboratively and being accountable \nStrong oral and written communication skills \nExceptional organizational skills and great attention to detail \nSelf-starter, ability to thrive in a fast-paced, start-up environment \nAbility to influence a highly matrixed organization \nProficient in market research and competitive analysis \nCreative thinker with a customer-centric mindset\n\n
