About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated Product Marketing Manager to lead the strategy for Interaction+, our powerful CRM solution tailored for the legal sector. If you are a marketing professional with experience in CRM technologies like Salesforce and have a deep passion for empowering businesses with better tools to manage relationships and drive success, this is your chance to make a big impact in an emerging market.

In this role, you will define and execute marketing strategies that highlight Interaction+’s unique value proposition in the legal industry. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, customer success, and engineering, to ensure we bring innovative CRM solutions to legal professionals and law firms worldwide. Your work will directly shape how the legal industry manages client relationships, enhances firm operations, and drives revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

Product Expertise & Strategy:
Become the go-to expert for Interaction+, mastering its features, use cases, and benefits for legal professionals. Shape the product’s strategic direction by identifying market trends and opportunities for growth

Go-to-Market Leadership:
Own the go-to-market strategy for Interaction+, driving awareness, adoption, and engagement. Leverage your experience to create campaigns that resonate with law firms and legal professionals and elevate their workflows

Customer & Market Insights:
Use your understanding of legal audiences and CRM technology to stay ahead of industry trends and gather deep insights into customer needs. Work closely with customers to ensure their needs are being met, using that information to refine product strategies

Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Partner with product management, sales, customer success, and engineering teams to develop strong messaging and ensure the successful launch and adoption of Interaction+. Align cross-functional teams around shared goals and a unified vision

Integrated Marketing Campaigns:
Lead integrated marketing campaigns that highlight the value of Interaction+ in transforming client relationship management for law firms. Utilize digital, content, and social media strategies to drive lead generation and customer success

Customer Education & Engagement:
Develop compelling customer education content (webinars, case studies, demos) to support legal professionals in maximizing the value of Interaction+

Metrics & Impact:
Establish clear KPIs for measuring the success of your campaigns, report regularly on performance, and refine strategies based on data-driven insights

Brand Advocacy:
Become a champion of the Interaction+ product both internally and externally. Ensure consistent and compelling messaging across all customer touchpoints, aligning marketing efforts with the product’s core value proposition

Requirements:

Experience & Expertise:

5+ years of experience in product marketing, especially with CRM solutions (Salesforce or other CRM experience is highly desirable)

Demonstrated success in executing product marketing strategies for complex software solutions that resonate with customers and drive growth

CRM and Legal Tech Knowledge:

Strong understanding of CRM systems, particularly Salesforce, and how they transform client relationship management

Familiarity with the legal industry and an understanding of the challenges law firms face when managing client relationships and workflows

Customer-Centric & Analytical:

Ability to gather and translate customer insights into actionable marketing strategies. Strong analytical mindset to evaluate market trends, performance metrics, and customer feedback

Project Management & Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Experience managing multiple marketing projects simultaneously while coordinating with cross-functional teams. Strong project management skills with a focus on execution and results

Communication & Leadership:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling content that speaks directly to customers’ needs

Strong leadership abilities to inspire and align teams across departments, driving successful product marketing initiatives

Education & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field; advanced degree preferred

Previous experience with Salesforce CRM or similar platforms is highly preferred. Experience in legal tech is a plus
