As a Product Marketing Manager for MRI Living, you will be a leader on the team responsible for telling the world (and company) the story of our product. As our chief advocate for a suite of products, including Risk Management, Payments, and Marketing technology, you'll be responsible for serving established products used by market leaders and will help to improve the messaging, tools, and resources to support continued growth. You'll be an expert in our market and our buyers, and translate their needs to drive effective messaging, sales enablement, and go-to-market strategies.
You Will:
Product positioning and messaging: develop and maintain differentiated positioning and messaging for your solutions. Understand and document key business and technical benefits for buyers.
Champion product adoption: work cross-functionally with Product teams and Solution Leaders, Sales, Sales Enablement, and Marketing to ensure we're effectively positioning, pitching, and closing deals that include your solutions.
Sales Enablement: communicate the value proposition of the products in your segment to GTM teams and develop sales tools that support the selling process of your products. This includes externally facing content such as PowerPoint presentations, brochures and data sheets, as well as internally facing content such as competitor cheat sheets and other training materials.
Product launches: serve as the Marketing lead for all new product launches, upgrades and releases in your segment. Develop Marketing launch plan with relevant team members, and project manage Marketing related launch activities. (This aspect will be further defined in accordance with MRI’s implementation of the SiriusDecisions PMM framework.)
Demand generation & content creation: provide input into demand generation and campaign planning for your segment. Advise on thought leadership content to support campaigns, including white papers, eBooks, blogs, webinars and more.
Market intelligence: develop and maintain a detailed understanding of industry trends, competitor capabilities and customer needs in your market segment. Be the expert on your buyers, how they buy and their buying criteria; be the expert on your competition and how to crush them! Share relevant information with Product Management, Sales and other Marketing team members.
Develop internal and external product enablement: create content for and lead internal training on new products and features, client-facing webinars and meetings, breakout sessions at our annual user conference, Ascend, and run point on cross-functional meetings and collaboration to support all efforts.
Support thought leadership: leverage your research and knowledge to create compelling assets that support our vision in the market.
You Have:
BA/BS degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
1+ years of marketing experience with a background in Product, Content, or Digital Marketing
Experience in a SaaS company environment preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent people and management skills to work effectively with Marketing team members and support cross-functional teams in a matrix management arrangement
Up to 15% travel within the United States and Canada may be required to successfully fill this role
