Product Marketing Manager V
Our Client, an Internet Content & Information company, is looking for a Product Marketing Manager V for their Burlingame, CA location. Responsibilities: + Develop and execute comprehensive strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention for our subscription platform + Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the dual-sided marketplace space + Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and sales, to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing initiatives + Create and manage marketing budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources and ROI-positive campaigns + Lead the development of marketing collateral, partnering with third party agencies + Analyze results, identify areas for improvement, and optimize marketing strategies accordingly Requirements: + Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills + Excellent communication and presentation skills + Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and senior leadership + Experience with data analysis and marketing metrics + Strong project management skills and ability to prioritize multiple projects simultaneously + Experience with A/B testing and optimization + Knowledge of the subscription-based and dual-sided marketplace industries + Experience working with directors and VPs on a daily basis + Comfortable leading strategy and collaborating with cross-functional teams + 10 + years of experience in product marketing, with a focus on monetization, growth, and subscriptions. + Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. + Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and senior leadership + Organization, attention to detail, and ownership of individual workstreams with minimal manager involvement + Strong strategic thinking & problem-solving skills, and communication/presentation skills + Experience leading and driving strategic work for a software/ content subscription service + Experience with data analysis and marketing metrics + MBA or advanced degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field + Familiarity with customer journey mapping and user experience design + Experience with lifecycle marketing Why Should You Apply? + Health Benefits + Referral Program + Excellent growth and advancement opportunities As an equal opportunity employer, ICONMA provides an employment environment that supports and encourages the abilities of all persons without regard to race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity or express, ethnicity, national origin, age, disability status, political affiliation, genetics, marital status, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state, or local laws.
