**TEAM OVERVIEW:**
+ AGS Pricing as part of AGS Marketing/BD organization.
+ AGS Pricing organization is in charge of pricing strategy, developing pricing infrastructure, enhancing pricing model and support pricing proposal for AGS business.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:**
+ Develop and maintain pricing models to support strategic pricing decisions.
+ Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and customer behavior to inform pricing strategies.
+ Conduct market research to identify pricing opportunities and trends.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, marketing, business development and finance, to gather data and insights.
+ Utilize statistical methods to build robust value-based pricing models.
+ Present findings and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
+ Continuously monitor and refine pricing models to ensure accuracy and relevance.
+ Assist in the development of business and pricing proposals to support strategic initiatives.
+ Maintain and update pricing to ensure alignment with market conditions and product offerings.
**TECHNICAL SKILLS:**
+ Knowledge in pricing analysis, pricing modelling, business modelling or a similar role.
+ Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau, Python).
+ Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
+ Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and effectively.
+ Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is preferred.
**REQUIREMENTS/EDUCATION:**
+ MBA or Master’s degree in Data Science, Data Analytics, or related field
+ Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau, Python).
+ GPA requirements :3.0 or above

**U.S. Salary Range:**
$101,000.00 - $139,000.00
The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.
For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
