**Core Responsibilities**
In this 12-month position as Product Marketing Manager, you will join the Product Marketing Team at LEGO® Education.The Product Marketing Team collaborates closely with our innovation team throughout product development as well as our Marketing and Sales colleagues to bring products to market.
In this role, you will work closely with the Marketing Lead for one of our product areas toequipthe Marketing Leadwith insights & recommendations to make decisions, support and drive execution of activities and enable Sales & Marketing.
Your main responsibility will be to:
+ Research and provide insights on competitive offerings within the product area.
+ Own and drive development of training content to ensure internal and partner readiness
+ Own and drive development of foundational assets like product photography, product texts etc. in close collaboration with the Marketing lead, our Brand and Innovation teams.
+ Partner with Regional Sales and Regional Marketing to enhance and develop new tools to continue to drive development of Sales enablement content to equip our internal and partner sales teams.
+ Ensure our sales enablement toolsfacilitatethe customers’ understanding of our products and their corresponding value to promote adoption and usage.
+ Work across functions to implement sales enablement tools and evaluate effectiveness on an ongoing basis.
+ Lead external agencies throughout the development process from scoping to execution to get the expected deliverables and outcome.

The team consists of eight highly skilled colleagueslocatedin Denmark, UnitedKingdomand United States. Highlevelof collaboration and trust are core values in the team, while using each other’s experiences andexpertiseto succeed together!
**Do you have what it takes?**
The ideal candidateholds preferablyaBScor MSc degree in Marketing, combined with product Marketing experience with major international brands or within matrix organizations. You enjoy working in a collaborative and creative environment with a high pace and many deliverables.
Furthermore, you will bring:
+ Proven experience in B2B Product Marketing and delivering Sales Enablement tools.
+ Strong executionskillsbeing proactive and excel in driving activities forward to “get the job done”.
+ Excellent communication,presentationand Partner Management skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly to internalteamsand collaboration partners like agencies.
+ Solid understanding or natural interest in Project Management technologies (Jira/Confluence)
+ Knowledge of the education industry will be an advantage.
+ Proficiencyin English both written and verbal.
