Summary: We are seeking a Product Marketing Specialist to join our team to drive customer engagement across company billing, payment, and digital adoption programs. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with proven marketing experience and a strong propensity to understand and meet the needs of both internal and external business partners. The role requires both a strategic mindset and a strong attention to detail and project management. Responsibilities: Campaign and channel management: * Develop effective annual marketing strategies and plans to meet corporate indicators around billing and payment options and digital adoption for all company customers * Manage the execution of creative cross-channel campaigns with keen attention to detail; Craft compelling content across print and digital marketing channels * Work with various internal and external teams to implement strategies and meet aggressive deadlines; Evaluate campaign success using relevant KPIs on an ongoing basis and report back to the stakeholders with recommendations for improvement * Partner with the M&C Insights Team to conduct qualitative and quantitative customer research related to existing and new product offerings and cost-mitigation projects * Drive launch of new product offerings from concept through implementation with minimal oversight * Cultivate successful partnerships with internal and external stakeholders, business partners, vendors and agencies; Follow proven processes, and help write the playbook for process improvements Create and manage budgets for a portfolio of products: * Delivers strategic communication planning, message development, writing, using research and analytics to drive planning and messaging * Improves processes to ensure quality and timely execution of initiatives * Builds and maintains great relationships with clients and coworkers
