Product Marketing Specialist

As a Product Marketing Manager in the Go-to-Market Commercial (GTM:C) team at Indeed, you will play a key role in supporting how we communicate and deliver value to employers globally. You’ll help employers of all sizes understand how Indeed can help them hire by assisting in leveraging market insights to deliver impactful positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies for our Interoperability Products. These products help our customers more effectively use Indeed’s Hiring Solutions through their system of record, which is generally an Applicant Tracking System (ATS). You will contribute to representing the voice of the customer (Employer) by supporting research briefs to gain insights through in-depth market and customer research. This includes understanding user segmentation, personas, and customer journeys, as well as showcasing Indeed’s differentiation through comparative data examinations. You’ll collaborate on developing product positioning and messaging grounded in customer insights and validated through research, aligning with internal contributors (Product, Sales, Brand, UX, Strategy, etc.). Your work will extend to supporting messaging frameworks and external communications like web content, email campaigns, and PR strategies. In this role, you’ll assist in executing go-to-market strategies for new product and feature launches, changes to existing products, and initiatives to generate demand. You’ll work closely with cross-functional partners to drive adoption and engagement, support the development of training content, and help create customer-facing assets such as one-pagers, talk tracks, product demos, and case studies. By sharing customer insights and contributing to business cases, you’ll provide valuable feedback to the product roadmap and help influence strategic actions. As a self-motivated, customer-focused professional, you thrive in collaborative environments across different geographies and are eager to build trust across teams. With guidance from senior team members, you’ll support complex workstreams and initiatives while developing your skills for greater responsibility over time.
