As the Product Marketing Lead you’ll play a crucial role in our Growth and Acquisition-focused Product Marketing Team. Based in our Berlin headquarters, you will lead initiatives aimed at driving new customer acquisition and demand generation, while also overseeing a direct report responsible for reactivations.
This senior-level position requires expertise in driving product-led growth through strategic incentives, optimizing acquisition levers, and ensuring sustainable customer engagement while maintaining efficiency in marketing spend. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—including Product, Pricing and Growth and Reactivations Marketing and you will have the autonomy to lead high-impact projects across international markets and multi-brand ecosystems.

What you’ll do Identify and leverage products that drive excitement and acquisition, ensuring both physical and digital offerings play a key role in attracting new customers. Develop and execute product-driven marketing campaigns, using the product portfolio as a key acquisition lever through incentives, referral programs, and compelling positioning and messaging. Integrate product and customer insights into acquisition-focused marketing efforts, ensuring sign-up journeys, messaging, and campaign strategies are aligned with product strengths. Leverage customer insights and acquisition data to inform product roadmaps, working closely with Product teams to enhance features that drive demand and engagement. Bring product into the center of marketing campaigns, ensuring acquisition efforts are not just promotional but deeply tied to product value and experience. Develop compelling product narratives and marketing materials to support Sales, Partnerships, and Growth teams, ensuring clear communication of the product’s value proposition. Collaborate with Creative teams to ensure messaging consistency across all acquisition and demand generation initiatives. Analyze customer behavior and segment data to tailor messaging strategies, using insights to continuously refine and improve marketing effectiveness. What you’ll bring 8+ years of experience in Product Marketing, or related roles, ideally in a fast-paced, high-growth, or tech-driven environment. Proven track record of working closely with Tech and Creative teams, with the ability to bridge the gap between technical product features and customer-centric messaging. Expertise in messaging optimization, with strong experience in crafting impactful narratives for new and existing customer segments. Deep brand knowledge and experience with brand metrics and positioning, with the ability to apply these insights to demand generation strategies. Strong project management skills: comfortable leading complex, cross-functional projects and delivering high-quality work on tight timelines. Experience with incentive and benefit systems (such as referral programs, discounts, cash-back initiatives) and how they influence customer acquisition. Knowledge of pricing strategies and how to effectively communicate pricing and value propositions to different customer segments. Experience working with subscription-based businesses is a plus, with a strong understanding of customer lifecycle management. Proven success in upper and mid-funnel marketing activations, including awareness campaigns, demand generation, and lead nurturing.
