Responsibilities:
Business and product portfolio strategy, managing new and existing products working with stakeholders to drive business value through emerging capabilities.

• Strategic role that sits at the intersection of technology and business, and user experience
• Collaborates with various stakeholders, including development teams, business leaders, and end-users, to define product vision, strategy, and roadmaps
• Guides the success of products and leading cross-functional teams charges with improving the capabilities within the platform
• Responsibilities may include defining product features, collaboration the technical and process teams, ensuring alignment with ITIL best practices and optimizing service delivery
• Leads teams responsible for translating concepts or designs into new or improved products, or experiences and recognizes, anticipates and resolves complex operational and process problems that arise
Qualifications:
1. Product management experience or similar experience working as a technical product manager
2. Proven track record defining and implementing platform strategies that build value
3. Experience gathering product requirements that translate into the creation of product vision, strategy and roadmaps
4. Systems thinking and creative problem solving approach that considers alternative solutions to utilizing the platform for business value
5. Ability to build relationships and influence without authority at all levels of the organization
