Responsibilities:
Implement a comprehensive CRM strategy supporting global Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Professional Services teams
Own and manage the overall NetSuite on NetSuite platform and solution delivery
Define a technology architecture to support company goals and build scalable platform solutions
Ensure successful delivery of new capabilities and solutions that simplify processes, increase user productivity, and enhance user experience
Collaborate with development and design teams to deliver high-quality features and products on time, ensuring alignment with the roadmap and customer requirements
Serve as the voice of the business, capturing and analyzing feedback from users, developers, and partners to advise product decisions
Act as a key liaison between Development, Marketing, Sales, Customer Support, and Professional Services teams, ensuring alignment across all functions
Work closely with Marketing teams to define go-to-market strategies
Collaborate with Development teams to balance technical feasibility with business priorities, ensuring efficient resource allocation
Regularly present product updates, strategies, and results to executive leadership, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
