About the Role:

As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for leading the maintenance and enhancement of product features that delight researchers in their pre-submission user journey as an author. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute product strategies, create roadmaps, and prioritize features based on customer feedback and market research. You will ensure that our products deliver value to customers and meet business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering successful products, excellent stakeholder management, and strong communication and collaboration abilities. 

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute product strategies that align with business objectives and meet customer needs. 

Work with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and marketers, to develop and launch new product features. 

Create and maintain product roadmaps, prioritizing features based on customer feedback and market research. 

Monitor and analyze product performance, using data and insights to drive decision-making. 

Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to ensure that product development aligns with business goals. 

Stay up to date with industry trends and competitive offerings, using this knowledge to inform product development. 

Continuously iterate and improve products based on customer feedback, user research, and data analysis. 

Requirements:

Experience in product management, with a proven track record of delivering digital product features from ideation to post-launch management. 

Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with experience using analytics tools to monitor product performance and make data-informed decisions. 

Demonstrated leadership skills in working with cross-functional teams including engineering, UX, and analytics. 

Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, including the ability to communicate complex technical content to a range of audiences and influence stakeholders. 

Knowledge of emerging technologies and competitor offerings, with the ability to understand technology trade-offs made in the product at a high level.
