About the role

We are seeking a Product Operations Manager to own the cross calibration and coordination between teams within our Product org to optimize workflows as we scale and develop new features. The role will drive forward our product goals and ensure alignment throughout the product development lifecycle.

Reporting directly to the Chief Product Officer, this person will create systems and processes that allow for seamless execution while further establishing functional best practices. 

Key Responsibilities

Build out and oversee various project timelines and deliverables to ensure we are remaining on schedule Manage key resources and points of emphasis for each existing product vertical and for future product features  Collaborate with stakeholders across different product verticals and keep everyone aligned around expectations  Identify areas for improvement or inefficiencies across the product development lifecycle and implement changes when necessary  Help to execute on the roadmap  Define how we gather and analyze data around decision making Report to our executive team on overall progress, sprint plans, release plans, blockers and other relevant info around launches  Standardize best practices across teams 

Required Skills & Experience

6+ years of experience in a fast-paced, product-oriented environment  A strong track record of program managing multiple complex projects at once Excellent written and verbal communication  Competent technical skills, especially with modern program management tools. Strong presentation skills and comfortable presenting to high level executives  Prior experience working in a product management role or at least very closely embedded within a product organization  Solid understanding and exposure to an end-to-end product development lifecycle, from initial planning conversations through launch  Previously worked in an environment that managed stakeholders across different teams and timezones, with ability to foster a collaborative environment with a global workforce 

Preferred Additional Experience

Ideally, prior financial domain experience, or at least some finance domain knowledge Experience working in a fast-paced, growing technology startup
