ABOUT THIS TEAM
The Product Operations Team’s mandate is to transform lululemon’s product operating model to reduce complexity and anything that gets in the way of clean execution of our strategies. We do this by enabling people, process, technology, and sustainment to support the Product team. We partner with Supply Chain and Enterprise Operations to bring our enterprise business strategies to life.
A DAY IN THE LIFE
Reporting to the Product Operations Reporting Manager, the Product Operations Reporting Analyst is responsible for supporting the creation, management, documentation and sustainment of data reporting across the Product Organization. Serve as SME in relation to all product-related data sources, including source systems, data warehouse and foundation reportsUse available data sources to creatively produce visual dashboards, reports and business insights that drive decision making and enable performance management across key product and supply chain functionsDevelop processes for the preparation, distribution and presentation of cadence reports, metrics, KPIs and other ad-hoc analysis for operational team members, and oversee ongoing running of all reportsEstablish governance and business rules around the use of product-related data, and create education and training on understanding and interpreting the dataDesign and develop sustainable processes to continuously improve and augment the data infrastructure environment with an emphasis on accuracy, efficiency and data qualityLead strategy and implementation of key projects aimed at enhancing data capture, analytics and reporting, with particular focus on Operational Data Store (ODS) and SnowflakeUse a fact-based approach to drive accountability with cross-functional partners
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in computer, technology, and/or business fields or similar experience2-3 years of relevant experience in data reporting in a retail environment5-7 years of relevant experience in data analytics, preferably in a retail environmentDemonstrate experience in importing, cleaning, transforming, validating and modeling dataHigh level of proficiency in displaying data through dashboards, charts, graphs, tables, as well as designing and developing relational databasesProficiency in SQL, VBA, DAX, Power Query, and PythonAdvance knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Power BIAbility to interface with multiple stakeholders/business partners to solve complex business problems Superior analytical skills, with emphasis on identifying and sourcing required factsExemplary attention to detail and accuracyMUST HAVES

Compensation and Benefits Package lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $81,500-$107,000annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
