We are seeking a dynamic Product Operations Specialist with a strong blend of technical product management and project management skills to drive the development and delivery of our customized K-12 educational technology math, science, and social studies solutions. This role requires a strategic thinker who can distill complex processes into clear, actionable plans while effectively communicating with diverse stakeholders. This is a remote position open to applicants authorized to work for any employer within the United States. What you will be doing: Product Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (platform, design, marketing, and sales) to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap. Project Management: Manage the product development initiatives from concept to launch, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope. Simplification of Processes: Analyze complex workflows and processes, simplifying them to improve operational efficiency. Stakeholder Communication: Foster strong relationships with internal teams and external partners, effectively communicating product updates, timelines, and expectations. Metrics and Evaluation: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and drive continuous improvement. We are looking for someone with… Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Education, Business, Computer Science). 3+ years of experience in product management, project management, or a related role, preferably within the education technology sector. Strong technical understanding of software development processes and methodologies. Proven ability to simplify complex concepts and communicate them effectively to diverse audiences. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with a strong attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. The pay range for this position is between $62,000-$90,000 annually, however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
