Job Summary
As a member of the Clinical Cross-Referencing Team, this consultant is expected to be a product data expert, master communicator, and problem solver responsible for the relationship with stakeholders and end customers when supporting product conversion and standardization activities.
In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing customer data and influencing product conversion opportunity through demonstrated knowledge of Cardinal Health distributed products. It is important, as a consultant, you can demonstrate the ability to consume data, summarize it, and leverage the information to create a call to action for both internal stakeholders and customers to influence driving growth in Cardinal Health Brand mix.
This responsibility includes identifying, quantifying, communicating, and influencing opportunities for product conversion during cross-reference requests. Additionally, this position is responsible for facilitating, developing, designing, and implementing processes that improve overall customer experience. We are seeking a candidate who is customer-driven; an entrepreneurial-minded team player that wakes up every day focused on meeting customer needs and working proactively to build long-lasting relationships and sustainable processes and solutions that support the product conversion process.
Responsibilities
Customer relationship management
Manages multiple implementation, RFP, or product conversion requests at a single time, which may require a consultative approach.Communication management, including the ability to manage communication of sensitive situations and/or information in a professional manner.Lead cadence calls and meetings.Provides a comprehensive level of consultative support about products manufactured and/or distributed by Cardinal Health.50% tactical / 50% project/process improvement.Issue Resolution
Ability to work across all functional areas representing the Voice of Customer (VoC) to enhance the customer experience.Project Management
Implements, measures, and evaluates the effectiveness of protocols, programs, or deliverables by comparing measurement results to standards.Works to understand complex functional situations by breaking them down into smaller pieces creating industry best practices.Analytics and Reporting
Create joint value for both Cardinal Health and the customer by: capturing data, analyzing data, reporting actionable insights and communicating to the customer.Qualifications
4-8 years of experience, preferredBachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferredProven experience within customer facing rolesExperience executing in person presentations to customers.Knowledge of medical distribution productsDemonstrate ability to problem solve and develop key relationships with external and internal customers.Go-getter, team player, focused on continuous improvement and development.Strong Analytical and reporting capabilities.Strong process management skillsWhat is expected of you and others at this level
