We’re looking for an experienced product professional to lead our Core Banking Services pod within our Global Wealth Management Americas digital group. You will:
• Own the product vision, strategy and roadmap for the services orchestration layer sitting above our Thought Machine core, namely Core Banking Services
• Establish strategy to move from product centric capabilities to client centric
• Formulate and be accountable for objectives and key results (OKRs) for the team, aligned to business goals and designed to drive client outcomes
• Understand the end-to-end client journey and collaborate with other teams to ensure a cohesive experience
• Maintain and prioritize the backlog of work for the team
• Lead the team in modern product practices, empower and be a servant leader to the members of the team, and create an environment of continuous improvement whilst making space for learning and innovation
• Interact with clients and internal consumers to understand their needs and assess market fit, analyze the business context and competitor landscape
• Line manage and develop the professional skills of product managers and product owners
• Partner closely with the Technical Lead, as well as aligned businesses and control functions across the division
• Provide thought-leadership and rigorously prioritize opportunities and resources for roadmap planning and implementation, while managing aggressive time frames
