In this role, you will:
Own the development, implementation, and maintenance of a data & analytics roadmap – which may include components of people, process, data, and technology- for advancing our maturity within HR, Legal, & Internal Communications data and analytics.
Work closely with functional leaders and various IT teams to gather requirements, prioritize work, and ensure alignment with business goals.
Lead efforts around data quality, governance, and compliance ensuring that data is accurate, secure, and properly managed. Work with data privacy resources to ensure compliance with retention policies and local regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and functional teams to develop advanced analytics models (e.g., predictive analytics, workforce planning) that drive decision making.
Partner with solution architects and enterprise architect to design and implement integrations across several source systems to Snowflake in order to facilitate a more integrated analytics capability.
Identify and prioritize use cases for the direct incorporation of data and analytics into existing systems and business processes.
Develop user stories, prioritize the backlog, and define a clear strategy that aligns with functional and organizational objectives.
Drive user adoption through close partnership with the functions.
Define success metrics for data products and continually evaluate performance, user feedback, and areas for improvement.
Create data visualization solutions using enterprise standard tools to facilitate the advancement of the roadmap.

Bachelor's or Master’s degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent work experience in the field
Proven experience creating and successfully implement a data & analytics roadmap
Strong knowledge of HR systems, industry, and processes required
Hands-on experience in configuring data platforms, managing data flows, and supporting analytics solutions – experience with Snowflake is strongly preferred.
Knowledge of machine learning and predictive analytics models in HR
Experience with designing and building data visualization solutions
Experience working with large-scale global data across multiple functions.
