Job Summary:We are looking for an experienced Product Owner with a strong background in telecontrol systems for electrical distribution. The candidate will be responsible for leading the development and management of innovative solutions for monitoring and controlling the electrical network, ensuring alignment between stakeholder needs and technical specifications of development teams.
Responsibilities: Create, manage, and prioritize the product backlog, defining key features and the roadmapCollaborate with engineering and software development teams, translating functional requirements into detailed technical specifications.Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to release, ensuring timelines, quality, and budget adherence.Ensure that the system meets the highest standards of reliability and security, critical for managing the electrical grid.Communicate effectively and consistently with internal and external stakeholders, gathering feedback and proposing enhancements to meet customer and market expectations.Coordinate and support testing and validation activities, monitoring performance and addressing any issues related to functionality or improvements. Requirements: Experience as a Product Owner or Project Manager, preferably in utilities, energy, or electrical distribution.Solid knowledge of telecontrol systems and automation for electrical distribution.Experience using Agile methodologies and frameworks such as Scrum.Ability to translate business requirements into technical features and vice versa, with a customer-oriented approach.Excellent communication and problem-solving skillsBachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Computer Science, or equivalent.Preferably, familiarity with product backlog management tools, such as Jira, Confluence, or similar.Proficiency in English.
