A Product Owner oversees the development of products from start to finish to ensure they meet the clients’ needs and preferences. Their main duties include determining the overall vision of products, managing various backlog items and deciding which features each product will have according to clients’ preferences. They’ll research and determine the clients’ needs to determine which features to include on products and will pitch ideas for product features to stakeholders. Product Owners will then continue to act as the primary contact between the scrum teams, product development departments and stakeholders.

\n\nBachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university and 5+ years of relevant experience, or 7+ years of equivalent experience\n2+ years’ experience in product development for particular vertical\nIntermediate SQL and data analysis skills\nIntermediate knowledge of data modelling/visualization and use interface design\nIntermediate reporting skills\nStrong knowledge of Agile principles and process\nSharp analytical and problem-solving skills\nExcellent consensus building skills\nAbility to work under pressure and tight deadlines\nOutstanding written and verbal communication skills\nHigh attention to detail\nMust be flexible and willing to work the demands of the department which may be subject to evenings, weekends and holidays.\n\nCorporate Summary:
