Your main responsibilities will be:
Define and Prioritize Product Features: Clearly define, prioritize, and manage the development of IT products and features to align with business objectives and deliver exceptional user experiences. Translate Requirements into Specifications: Convert high-level business requirements into detailed specifications and actionable user stories, ensuring clarity and focus for the development team. Develop and Execute Product Roadmap: Create and maintain a product roadmap that reflects customer needs, market trends, and business priorities, with a strong emphasis on speed to market. Lead Sprint Planning and Execution: Facilitate sprint planning sessions, set priorities, and ensure alignment with the product roadmap to drive efficient and effective product development. Monitor and Optimize Development Progress: Track the progress of product development, making data-driven adjustments and decisions to ensure timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
Required Skills:
Proven Experience: 4-5 years of experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst in Agile software development environments. Experience within the banking or financial services industry, particularly with asset management systems, is advantageous. Agile Methodologies Expertise: Strong understanding of Agile methodologies with hands-on experience using Agile tools like JIRA to effectively manage and execute development cycles. Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with banking operations and asset management systems is a plus, with a demonstrated ability to apply this knowledge in product development.
Preferred Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or similar Agile certifications are a plus. Language Skills: Fluency in English (at least B2) is essential. Proficiency in German is a plus. Strong Team Player: Demonstrates the ability to excel in collaborative environments, effectively working with geographically distributed teams. Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Possesses solid analytical abilities and problem-solving skills to address complex issues and deliver high-impact solutions.
