Description We are looking for a Product Owner to join our team in Ann Arbor, Michigan. In this role, you will be instrumental in leading the design, development, and planning of technology enhancements to address complex business problems. You will collaborate with various teams and customers, manage the product backlog, and provide guidance for the development team in the supply chain sector. Responsibilities: • Lead the design, development, and planning of technology enhancements to solve complex business problems • Act as a subject matter expert in the supply chain sector to guide the development team • Collaborate with business teams to recommend system enhancements and maintain positive customer relationships • Develop a product vision, roadmap, and comprehensive business requirements in collaboration with business partners and customers • Manage the product backlog and its prioritization in sync with company leadership • Oversee the scrum team throughout its development lifecycle, including leading all scrum ceremonies • Ensure high transparency and communication across the organization • Stay updated on emerging technologies and software products, contributing to a culture of continuous learning • Utilize Cloud Technologies, Agile Scrum, Agile Software Development, Web Development, Mobile Device, Web Design, Responsive Web Design, React, and Microservices in the execution of duties. Requirements • Proven experience as a Product Owner for a minimum of seven years • Solid understanding of Cloud Technologies • Proficiency in Agile Scrum and Agile Software Development methodologies • Experience in Web Development and Mobile Device technologies • Knowledge of Web Design principles and Responsive Web Design • Familiarity with React and Microservices • Strong problem-solving ability and exceptional project management skills • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
