Job overview and responsibilities

This role will be responsible for supervising and ensuring the product owner team is efficient at defining features, epics, and stories into detailed functional and non-functional requirements and acceptance criteria. Must ensure that the IT product teams have all of the necessary details to deliver high-quality products while creating scalable, maintainable, and reusable big data solutions.

Leads initiatives from a product delivery standpoint by helping facilitate, explore, and decide upon solution alternatives to business problemsResponsible for the supervising the prioritization and planning efforts for the product owner team spanning across mutiple portfoliosPartner with key players in the organization to weigh in various solution alternatives by performing cost/benefit analyses for an MVP based approach that delivers maximum business valueCollaborate with key stakeholders to identify and document the business case, scope, product backlog, technical debt and product delivery roadmapManage dependencies and set priorities across multiple domains to maintain alignment to the Product release vision and roadmapCreate user stories, non-functional requirements and follow agile best practicesPerform data analysis, workflow analysis, create current/future state data flow diagrams and help the team assess the business impact of any changes or enhancementsResponsible for the supervising tasks related to development/production readiness, product demo and user acceptanceShould be comfortable with individual contribution as well as lead a small team of Product Owners / Business Data Analysts by being a mentor to junior team members
