Job Description This person will be joining the IT Shipboard team and will be overseeing the product side of the Guest services team within IT Shipboard. They will be communicating across different business units to provide product guidance and support, therefore this person should have a varied background in supporting different products to ensure efficient communication and support across various IT teams. This person will be developing product road maps, working with stakeholders, involved in sprint planning, and conducting stand up meetings.
