**Key Responsibilities:** - **Product Vision & Strategy:** Define and communicate the product vision and strategy for ACI network solutions. - **Backlog Management:** Create, prioritize, and maintain the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer requirements. - **Team Leadership:** Lead and mentor a team of 8-12 ACI network engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture. - **Agile Practices:** Implement and promote Agile methodologies, particularly Kanban, to optimize workflow and productivity. - **Stakeholder Collaboration:** Work closely with stakeholders, including customers, sales, and support teams, to gather requirements and feedback. - **Sprint Planning & Review:** Facilitate sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives, ensuring continuous improvement and delivery of value. - **Jira Management:** Utilize Jira for tracking progress, managing tasks, and reporting on project status. - **Quality Assurance:** Ensure the delivery of high-quality network solutions through rigorous testing and validation processes. - **Risk Management:** Identify and mitigate risks associated with product development and deployment. **Qualifications:** - **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. - **Experience:** Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management or a similar role, with a focus on network engineering. - **Technical Skills:** Strong understanding of ACI (Application Centric Infrastructure) and network engineering principles. - **Agile Expertise:** Proven experience with Agile methodologies, particularly Kanban, and proficiency in Jira. - **Leadership:** Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - **Problem-Solving:** Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering innovative solutions. - **Customer Focus:** Commitment to understanding and meeting customer needs and expectations.
