The ideal candidate will act as the primary liaison between the business, development team, and customers to ensure the product aligns with market needs, delivers a seamless user experience, and meets key business objectives. This role involves prioritizing features, defining requirements, and managing the product backlog within an agile framework, with a deep understanding of credit card regulations and customer acquisition strategies. Key Responsibilities: Product Vision & Strategy: * Define the product vision and roadmap for the credit card application, aligning it with overall business goals and market trends * Develop and manage the product backlog, prioritizing features and user stories based on business value and customer needs * Conduct market research to identify customer pain points and opportunities for product improvement Requirement Gathering & Analysis: * Collaborate with stakeholders (marketing, sales, risk management) to gather and translate business requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria * Analyze customer data and feedback to inform product development decisions * Ensure compliance with relevant credit card regulations and industry standards Agile Development & Delivery: * Work closely with the development team to ensure a clear understanding of product priorities and sprint goals * Conduct backlog grooming sessions to refine user stories and prioritize features * Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to monitor progress and identify areas for improvement
