**Position Overview:**
**We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Finance Systems Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will work closely with the senior project management team to support the successful execution of technology projects in Treasury, Financial Reporting, Procurement, and other financial-related business processes. Your responsibilities will include delivering automation solutions following standard design principles, reusable modules, and best practices. In addition, you will support all delivered products as well as existing applications, including 3rd party applications. This role offers an excellent opportunity for growth and professional development.**
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ **Identify opportunities to streamline business processes by leveraging technology solutions to improve financial controls and audit requirements.**
+ **Formulate project plans, including requirements gathering, testing, implementation, and migration plans.**
+ **Document and analyze the current state and identify functionality gaps in systems and/or processes**
+ **Provide automated financial insights using trend analysis and/or AI/ML**
+ **Configure and maintain the finance applications to meet the evolving needs of the organization, including dimensions, hierarchies, workflows, business rules, and reports.**
+ **Manage user access and security settings within multiple finance applications, ensuring appropriate permissions are granted based on role and responsibilities.**
+ **Oversee data integration processes, including data imports, exports, and integrations with other systems such as OneStream, ERP, and Treasury platforms.**
+ **Provide user support for existing financial, consolidation, and reporting applications.**
+ **Initiate and monitor the status of maintenance/service requests with outside vendors.**
**Location** **:** **Princeton or New York City; hybrid position with three days in the office**
**Qualifications:**
+ **Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business, Finance, or Accounting or equivalent experience**
+ **Experience developing business rules, forms, workflows, cube views, dashboards, and quick views in OneStream.**
+ **Must have experience in OneStream's architecture, data integration, and security features**
+ **Must have 5+ years of hands-on software development experience with Microsoft Access and Excel VBA**
+ **5+ years experience in working on Finance projects, including development, automation, and Financial Systems Administration**
+ **2+ years of experience in third-party systems that cover all enterprise financial operations: accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger, financial planning, and budgeting.**
+ **Expertise in financial system configuration, data modeling, data transformation, reporting, quality control, and data pipeline management, you will integrate and reconcile data between various financial systems.**
+ **Experience with internal and external audits and ensure regulatory compliance**
+ **Excellent analytical/problem-solving skills**
+ **Experience in corporate finance or supporting a corporate finance team preferred**
+ **Experience with any of the following is a plus: SAP, Integrity, CashOptix, OneStream, Blackline, UiPath or Alteryx.**
+ **Highly collaborative and experience working with internal stakeholders from the C-Suite down**
+ **Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to translate technical matters into business language for senior stakeholders**

Pay Range: 110000 - 135000
