\t\t\t\t\tThis position will work with stakeholders and define requirements for product features, and work with the software development team to continually improve the web application user experience.The essential functions of the position include, but are not limited to the following:•\tContribute to the product vision, help direct the product roadmap, and determine key features for each increment which add stakeholder value.•\tUnderstand the minimum marketable feature and enhance incrementally with successive releases.•\tAdapt to changes from the business, stakeholder, competitors, and new technologies.•\tMaintain and refine the product backlog keeping it updated, organized, and prioritized.•\tBreakdown larger initiatives and epics into features defined as tasks, enablers, and user stories.•\tGather requirements from business, stakeholders, developers, testers, and other product owners.•\tKnow technical concepts of software development including: cloud architecture, relational databases, and client-server to understand feasibility and complexity of a feature.•\tCreate and refine tasks, enablers, and user stories with detailed acceptance criteria and supporting documentation for the development team.•\tPerform desk checks after tickets are coded, reviewing acceptance criteria to work complete.•\tParticipate in scrum ceremonies to including: Daily Scrum Call, Sprint Planning, Review, and Retrospective. Lead Backlog Refinement meetings. Champion Agile methodologies throughout the organization.•\tEvaluate enhancement ideas that come during inflight development and determine priority with other active work in the product increment.•\tWork independently and with other team members on: sketches, wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes.•\tFollow and build onto the product style guide to promote consistency in UX/UI throughout the application.•\tUnderstand complex mechanical systems related to the application.

\t\t\t\t\t•\tBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Marketing or related field•\t3-5 years of Product Owner experience•\tProficient with the following software toolkits, or equivalent: MS Project, PowerPoint, Visio, JIRA, Figma, Miro, Adobe XD•\tExcellent written and verbal communication skills•\tStrong analytical and problem-solving skills•\tDemonstrated a high level attention to detail•\tTrack record of delivering product on time•\tDemonstrates an understanding of UX/UI best practices•\tExperience with financial services is a plus•\tKnowledge of standard SDLC methodologies, including Waterfall and Agile

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $55.00/hr.
