To Apply for this Job Click Here We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Data Product Owner to join our Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) and Business Intelligence (BI) team. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary liaison between the business and the technical team, manage the product backlog, set priorities, and ensure that the delivery meets business expectations. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of business needs, and the ability to drive the team towards successful delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders and the technical team.Define, prioritize, and manage the product backlog to align with business goals and objectives.Work collaboratively with stakeholders across the organization to gather requirements, identify opportunities, and address roadblocks.Develop user stories and acceptance criteria that clearly define product functionality.Ensure that the team understands the product vision and objectives and align their efforts towards successful delivery.Monitor and evaluate progress at each stage of the process, ensuring that the project remains on track.Facilitate communication and collaboration between business and technical teams to ensure alignment and transparency.Proactively identify and address any potential risks or impediments to successful project delivery.Ensure the delivered solutions meet business expectations and quality standards.Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status, changes, and any relevant metrics.Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in data warehousing and business intelligence. Skills· Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.· Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role within EDW and BI environments.· Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and experience working in a cross-functional team environment.· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build consensus among diverse stakeholders.· Proven ability to prioritize effectively, manage complex projects, and deliver on deadlines.· Solid understanding of data warehousing, business intelligence concepts, and data visualization best practices.· Experience working with SQL and data modeling tools a plus.
