Summary: We are seeking an experienced Product Owner with a strong background in data-centric environments to help drive our client's data platform initiatives with a focus on marketing. This role is pivotal in shaping the project, where you will be responsible for translating business needs into technical requirements, managing the project backlog, and ensuring seamless collaboration between marketing, engineering, and corporate reporting teams. You will lead planning and review sessions on a daily basis, ensuring that approved projects are delivered successfully within an Agile framework. Responsibilities: * Meet regularly with internal stakeholders (Marketing, Corporate Reporting, Commercial Apps, Enterprise Apps) to gather, document, and prioritize business and technical requirements * Act as a liaison between business teams and engineering to ensure clarity and alignment on project objectives * Lead the creation and continuous refinement of the backlog for the project, capturing all approved project needs * Prioritize backlog items based on business value and technical feasibility * Work daily with the engineering team to plan, review, and execute project tasks, ensuring the successful completion of committed work in each sprint or Program Increment (PI) * Facilitate agile ceremonies and maintain effective communication using tools like Jira and Confluence * Translate business needs into detailed technical requirements and vice versa, ensuring that all team members understand project goals * Monitor project progress, proactively address challenges, and adjust priorities to keep the project aligned with long-term strategic objectives * Collaborate with product and technical teams to ensure that deliverables meet quality and performance standards
