Role description:
The Product Owner Growth Team Member will work closely with the Product Owner Growth, BPO Team, the Super Key Users, and the Tech teams in the delivery of Continuous Improvement (CI) solutions that enhance the business performance of pursuit products, such as OSC, Collaboration Hub- Pursuits.
The role sits in the Growth function under the Product Owner Growth and owns, as assigned by the Growth Product Owner, one or more product(s) that are facilitating the end-to-end business process and needs presented by the Growth function. It represents the voice of the Growth function and translates their needs to the Tech team, managing relationships with key stakeholders.
The role and the activities within its scope are supported by a variety of support services, including: the GSSC Commercial Enablement Team, GSSC S&A / LSS team, and the Growth Communication & Engagement function.

Role accountabilities:
Product ownership & Continuous improvement (CI)
The product owner growth team member will define business needs and requirements from the Growth function and its end-users and translate those into Continuous Improvement initiatives for the products assigned to him/her. You will develop a CI calendar and prioritize CI items in the team backlog to maximize the delivery of value and be responsible for end-to-end delivery of CI initiatives as part of the Agile team. You will translate the Growth roadmap features into well-defined user stories, and acceptance test criteria and determine when acceptance criteria are successfully met and work has been successfully completed, including ensuring end-user feedback is obtained.
You will align process changes across (sub-)functions on a global and local level and make decisions regarding the scope and complete trade-off analysis to stay on track with deliverable commitments for the Growth function, whilst participating in agile Team Ceremonies and providing support to the team. You will also manage the process and product documentation and release notes along with developing & maintaining tracking and reporting of product performance post-launch to evaluate the investment.
Primary liaison with the Solution Development Team
Ensure the Tech team understands the overall vision and how the proposed work aligns with the vision of the Growth function for the product(s) assigned to you. Represent the voice of the Growth function to the Technology team. Engage with Subject Matter Experts and user groups to understand jobs to be done / problems to be solved via discovery sessions and interviews. Coordinate periodical initiatives in close collaboration with the Growth Systems Manager and GBA Systems Managers and supported by our GSSC teams, including: Annual updates to client labeling and 3Y client reviews Own and maintain business processes including documentation: IMS documentation, SharePoint sites, guidance docs, and Wiki (work instructions). Maintain global alignment & translations. Overall data quality reviews, based on available dashboards.Engagement
Act as a product advocate, championing it with end users and/or internal stakeholders:
Engage with user groups to deliver functions and features that meet the end-user expectations. Support communication of planned features and needed functionality to the team, supporting the product strategy set out by the BPO Network Where the product is relevant to multiple functions, work closely with key stakeholders in each function. Support change leader(s), key user community, and Growth leaders in successfully driving adoption across teams/functions. Support organization of key user community to ensure adequate support to end users.Qualifications & Experience:
The candidate should have a bachelor’s or master’s degree (or relevant equivalent) and ideally with experience as a product owner in an international product development environment. You need to be able to demonstrate experience with Scrum or SAFe® and strong knowledge of Agile principles and processes and/or demonstrate extensive experience in Growth process management and best practices. Product Owner certification (CSPO, PSPO, or POPM) or willingness to follow training is highly desirable.
