The Product Owner (PO) plays several key roles acting as the voice of the customer and advocating for the lifecycle of their products. In this role, you will use your deep expertise to help business owners realize the short- and long-term vision and align technology with key business objectives. You will drive progress on key initiatives through the execution of product roadmap(s) and management of backlog(s), and act as the link between the Product Manager and technical development teams. A successful candidate in this role will demonstrate strong leadership, prioritization and communication skills to consistently deliver outstanding results on-time and in line with established budget.
ResponsibilitiesWhat You'll Do:
Own the product roadmap for specific HR Technology like (Oracle Fusion HCM modules, Harri & iCIMS) Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Talent Management, Talent Acquistion, Compensation, etc.) finance, operations, IT, accounting) to define product requirements, prioritize features, and ensure alignment across business partnersManage the product backlogWork closely with developers and designers to ensure successful implementation of features across HR solutionsStay abreast of industry trends and best practices in HR technologies Lead and manage the Day 2 Oracle Fusion HCM support team, ensuring timely resolution of user issues related to Oracle HR modules, while fostering effective knowledge transfer and maintaining a smooth user experience. What we expect from you We're looking for someone with:3+ years of experience as a Product Owner with a successful track record in delivering large complex solutionsKnowledge of Oracle Fusion HR Applications, iCIMS, and/or Harri Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (SCRUM and Kanban preferred) and waterfall methodologies Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skillsProven experience in leading large, complex projects to successful delivery, ensuring all project goals, timelines, and budgets are metAnalytical mind-set with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.Experience managing IT support teams Display a strong understanding of the software development processes, coding, and design principlesAbility to analyze data to make informed business decisions#LI-Remote
