Rotoflow® is looking to add a highly motivated Product Owner to our team located in the Bethlehem, Pennsylvania headquarters.
The Product Owner for the Hydrocarbon Market will create and foster the design of Rotoflow compressor-loaded turboexpanders tailored to a variety of gas applications including but not limited to LNG Liquefaction, Floating LNG, NGL recovery, Dew Point Control, Ethylene Production, and PDH.
The Product Owner is part of the Rotoflow® Business & Execution organization and is accountable for all aspects of product development, competitiveness, and product execution strategies for their assigned product lines. Rotoflow® Product Owners work with key team members in Engineering, Innovation, Business, Procurement and Operations globally to understand business targets and translate into product development plans and strategies to enable growth of intercompany and third-party sales.

Required Skills / Abilities:
Prior experience with product development, project execution and/or proposal management for manufactured equipment, industrial gases, or similar industries.
Effective leadership, communication, and project management skills.
Ability to plan, organize, prioritize, establish targets, and develop implementation plans in support of the company’s business objectives.
Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with diverse stakeholders at various management levels within the organization.
Experience with industrial gases plants, equipment or turbomachinery is a plus
Familiarity with industry standards such as API (American Petroleum Institute) and ASME (American Society of Mechanical Engineers) is beneficial.
Track record of successfully working in a diverse, inclusive, collaborative, and empowering work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Product Strategy and Roadmap:
Develop and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap for Rotoflow product lines that aligns with market trends, customer needs, and business goals.
Collaborate with engineering, marketing, and business development teams to prioritize product features and enhancements.
Develop strategies with the procurement team to improve supply chain (global & regional) performance and ensure alignment between product & procurement activities.
Product Development:
Deliver on budget against product development plans and project commitments - man-hours, cost, schedule, quality, and performance.
Work closely with engineering teams to develop and complete all Product Line deliverables required to support successful project execution on time and on budget.
Develop standard proposal packages to reduce bid support costs, accelerate bid turnaround times and enable standardized pricing and documentation.
Market Analysis and Stakeholder Engagement:
Engage business development team and key stakeholders to understand customer challenges, preferences, and emerging trend.
Support for the Rotoflow marketing team to develop & implement a global marketing plan for existing and new products.
Build strong relationships with customers and provide technical expertise to support sales efforts.
Product Lifecycle Management:
Management and continuous improvement of product offerings through their product lifecycle within the agreed budget with focus on highly standardized offerings, re-usability, low-cost supply chain and low engineering hours execution strategies.
Monitor product performance, profitability, and adoption rates, and implement corrective actions as needed.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations, certifications, and environmental standards.
Collaboration and Leadership:
Serve as the central point of contact for cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, procurement, and manufacturing.
Present product updates, strategies, and performance metrics to senior management and stakeholders.
Ensure the cost-effective execution of projects using products such that the benefits of a product-based approach are fully realized.
Minimum Hiring Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related technical discipline is required.
5+ years of relevant experience.
Availability to travel: 10% domestic and international.
A valid driver’s license is required.
