Our Transformation \(1LMX\) Plan to Perform Program Management Build Team is seeking a highly motivated, and enthusiastic Product Owner to maximize the value for Manufacturing Earned Value functionality to be delivered by a cross organizational team ensuring what is delivered is aligned with customer and stakeholder requirements\.
**Your Mission:**
As the Product Owner, you will support an agile development team supporting Plan to Perform Program Management functionality\. In this role, you will be responsible for:
• Guiding the technical SAP S4 solution for the cross\-functional Manufacturing Earned Value product team
• Working with Lockheed Martin IT business analysts and developers, as well as professional services to accomplish the product team objectives
• Communicating with stakeholders to understand their needs
• Working with other Product Owners to ensure smooth handoff between teams and understanding of cross\-team impacts
• Providing clarity of scope and oversight to a team of matrixed analysts and developers to ensure the designed and delivered product satisfies user requirements
• Managing and prioritizing work to best achieve goals and objectives
• Engaging with leadership to report status and escalate risks/issues to drive to a quick resolution
**Basic Qualifications:**
• Experience with Earned Value Techniques and solution implementations
• Experience providing technical leadership to teams delivering solutions through the full software lifecycle
• Established program management skills \(traditional and/or agile\) with experience managing technical, cost and schedule performance
• Experience with SAP Implementations
• Experience within the IT development domain
• Experience with Agile processes and tools including Scaled Agile Framework \(SAFe\), Jira and/or VersionOne
• Proven ability to work effectively across organizational and geographic boundaries
• Ability to effectively craft appropriate materials and present to Executive leadership
• Past experience engaging and managing relationships with strategic stakeholders to achieve shared objectives
• US Citizenship required due to system access
**Desired Skills:**
• Experience in SAP Project Systems, and/or Finance and Controlling
• Experience supporting a major Enterprise Resource Planning \(ERP\) system modernization projects
• Formal Agile project management experience or certifications including Scaled Agile Framework \(SAFe\) or equivalent portfolio management practices
• Demonstrated ability to implement transformational projects, leveraging best practices and sharing assets

**Ability to Work Remotely:** Full\-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work remotely full time at a location other than a Lockheed Martin designated office/job site\. Employees may travel to a Lockheed Martin office for periodic meetings\.
**Work Schedules:** Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees\. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed\. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits\.
**Schedule for this Position:** 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
**Pay Rate:** The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California and New York is $123,500 \- $232,800\. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location\. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only\. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as \(but not limited to\) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer\. **Benefits offered:** Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short\-Term Disability, Long\-Term Disability, 401\(k\) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays\. This position is incentive plan eligible\.
**Pay Rate:** The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York \(excluding most major metropolitan areas\), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Washington or Washington DC is $107,400 \- $205,900\. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location\. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only\. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as \(but not limited to\) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer\. **Benefits offered:** Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short\-Term Disability, Long\-Term Disability, 401\(k\) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays\. \(Washington state applicants only\) Non\-represented full\-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off \(PTO\) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays\. Represented full time employees accrue 6\.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays\. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year\. This position is incentive plan eligible\.
