We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Owner to join our team and drive the development and enhancement of our Microsoft 365 collaboration, productivity, and automation tools. Position Overview: The Product Owner will be responsible for overseeing the user experience, product roadmap, and feature development for a suite of Microsoft 365 tools. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of Microsoft 365 capabilities and a passion for delivering exceptional user experiences. The Product Owner partners with Architecture and Engineering, along with Security, Risk and HR to ensure a well-rounded approach to delivery. Key Responsibilities: · User Experience Focus: Ensure a frictionless and intuitive user experience. Gather and analyze user feedback to inform product improvements. · Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in Microsoft 365 technologies. Identify opportunities for innovation and improvement. · Product Roadmap Development: Define and maintain the product roadmap, aligning with user needs, operational needs, and industry trends. Prioritize features and enhancements based on impact and feasibility. · Product Backlog Prioritization: Manage and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring that the most valuable features and improvements are delivered first. Balance short-term needs with long-term strategic goals. · Agile Team Leadership: Lead an agile team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment. Facilitate agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives. · Training: Provide guidance and support to users and internal teams on the effective use of Microsoft 365 tools. Develop training materials and conduct training sessions as needed. · Business Consultation: Engage with business partners across all levels and roles to understand their needs and ensure that the product roadmap is inclusive of organizational objectives. Communicate product vision and updates effectively. Make recommendations to drive adoption of Microsoft 365 tools. · Performance Metrics: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of product initiatives. Use data-driven insights to guide decision-making. · Enablement Work: Partner with dependent teams to support the integration and enablement of other services into the Microsoft 365 ecosystem. Qualifications: · 2+ years of proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role, with a focus on Microsoft 365 tools. · Bachelor’s degree is preferred, but additional experience will be considered in lieu of degree. · Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification is a plus. · Strong understanding of SharePoint, OneDrive, and Outlook. · Familiarity of Power Platform tools – Power Apps, Automate, and BI is a plus. · Familiarity with Copilot is a plus. · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. · Ability to think strategically and execute methodically. · Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. · Experience with agile methodologies and project management tools. Pay Transparency The salary range for this position is $ 99287 - $ 148930 per year plus an opportunity to earn an annual discretionary bonus. Actual pay is based on various factors including but not limited to the work location, and relevant skills and experience.
