The Service Solutions Product Owner - Payments, Subscriptions & Contract Management defines and manages the vision , roadmap and e nterprise systems required to support a growing portfolio of industry focused and innovative service - based solutions . The Product Owner will actively work with all stakeholders to prioritize , deliver and su stain valuable initiatives, that drive successful outcomes for our customers, dealers and company .
This role will own and lead initiatives focused on the transformation of Payment s , Subscriptions and Contract Lifecycle Management solutions.
Responsibilities
+ Work with stakeholders and i ncorporate internal and external feedback to identify ideas, initiatives and features that deliver true business value to the end - user , meet or exceed company objectives , and align with the overall International digital ecosystem, strategy and vision .
+ Collaborate with other Product Owners, Product Management, Product Designers, Marketing, Sales, Operations, Engineers, and Customer Care on near- and long-term product roadmap s and initiatives .
+ Maintain a prioritized Product Backlog and portfolio Roadmap , which may cross multiple value-streams . Ensure both are visible, transparent, and clear to all .
+ Present ideas, insights, accomplishments, roadmap plans, and outcomes to all stakeholders.
+ Communicate and c ollaborate effectively both internally and externally to drive alignment .
+ Participate in key agile ceremonies and drive work against the Product Backlog within one or more Scrum teams, including organizing the work into Epics, Features, and S tories , with Acceptance Criteria , that meet the Definition of Ready .
+ Define and measure performance indicators ( quantitatively and qualitatively ) to determine areas of success, improvement and change over time.
Minimum Requirements
+ Bachelor’s degree
+ At least 5 years of technical project/program management and/or product owner experience
+ At least 1 year of lead experience
OR
+ Master’s degree
+ At least 3 years of technical project/program management and/or product owner experience
+ At least 1 year of lead experience
OR
+ At least 8 years of technical project/program management and/or product owner experience
+ At least 1 year of lead experience
Additional Requirements
+ Qualified candidates, excluding current International Motors employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States. Desired Skills
+ Progressively responsible work experience in Product Ownership, Product Management, or similar role following Agile software development pr actices.
+ Experience working on payment solutions, contract and subscription management , and/or closely related capabilities .
+ Have a passion for understand ing needs and challenges with a customer-centric mindset . Have prior experience and skills in gathering and analyzing Voice of Customer , rapid innovation and design-thinking .
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills . Ability to translate complex topics into easy-to-understand information with a strong attention to detail to a variety of stakeholders .
+ Demonstrate initiative , with the ability to work independently when neede d, and pragmatic p roblem solving abilities . Experience following a strong analytic approach to evaluate complex choices , identify issues, and propose effective solutions and decisions .
+ A willingness to collaborate, learn and be curious, to t hink big, have a bias for action, b e open and honest, and b uild on one another’s ideas .
+ Professional Certifications in Scru m, Agile, and Product Ownership
+ Experience managing system-level architecture and enterprise -grade system design.
+ Previous experience working in industries with a strong service s -based business model
+ Previous experience in and understanding of the Connected and/or Software Defined Vehicle Ecosystem s is a plus
+ Experience using modern – agile productivity and management tools such as Microsoft ADO, DevOps, CI/CD, JIRA, Confluence , etc.
+ Kn owledge of Service Orientated Architectures and software engineering frameworks ( e.g. software patterns, microservices, APIs, etc.
