Job Description A Fortune 100 client is looking for an experienced Product Manager. The position of Product Manager will play a crucial role to drive the vision, requirements and roadmap for Global Holistic Cost Transformation to unlock >$15MM in business value by using digital solutions and data driven optimization to minimize costs in our supply chain and manufacturing organization. The scope will include working closely with the global supply chain leaders and program managers to develop and deliver key integrated data foundations, application architecture, and products to manage our Manufacturing Labor, Overhead, Utility and waste costs. These critical products will generate business value in cost savings as well as by helping meet our global sustainability and overall internal goals. Candidates will need to be available to work 3 days/week in office in Plano, TX. Skills and Requirements - 5+ years of digital product management with experience creating strategic product roadmaps and working with cross-functional teams in a highly matrixed environment, or relevant experience in a technology function - 8+ years of working experience within Product Ownership/Business Analytics - Agile DevOps (ADO) Tool user as a Product Owner - Experience building and launching products from ideation through launch and revision. - Strong knowledge and experience in agile methodologies, experience working with multiple scrum teams on simultaneous builds - Experience managing daily technical and design direction - Bachelor's Degree - Ability to create user stories - Prior experience within CPG client - Masters Degree - Manufacturing product expertise: prior experience with MES or GSFT null We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
