Navistar is looking for a motivated Product Owner - Source to Pay.

As a product owner, you will work closely with a cross-functional, agile team of designers, engineers, process experts, and business stakeholders to create value for our users every step of the way. You will sit in the driver’s seat in defining the product’s strategic vision and ensuring its future health.

 

Specifically, as the product owner for Source to Pay, you will be focused on leading and executing the transformation initiatives within the procurement function. You will play a pivotal role in modernizing and optimizing our end-to-end procurement processes, leveraging cutting-edge technologies to drive efficiency, compliance, and cost savings across the organization.

Responsibilities Understand user and business needs and clearly articulate "the problem to be solved" and team missionEstimate business impact by applying valid assumptions to create the product’s business case (with support from Finance) and lead quarterly planning to ensure team maintains continuous flow of value deliveryLead and drive progress to product value creation from incubation to delivery to productionCreate the product roadmap, define epics for new development by breaking them down into detailed features and user stories, and manage and prioritize the product backlogEnsure efficiency and quality of team deliverables by contributing to user research, prototype development, and technical solution definitionManage and drive the implementation of new ways of working and thinking, including agile ceremonies, as well as change management initiatives, working collaboratively with key stakeholders to drive engagement in the organizationExplore new, innovative ideas that advance the state of development in the product area and surrounding ones, thereby delivering substantial value to real usersDefine key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness and impact of ERP transformation initiatives on procurement performance. Monitor and analyze KPIs to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's degreeAt least 9 years of technical project/program management and/or product owner experienceAt least 2 years of lead experience

Master's degreeAt least 5 years of technical project/program management and/or product owner experienceAt least 2 years of lead experience

OR
