As a Product Portfolio Manager - Demo Specialist, you will be responsible for:You will be working in partnership with field Product Specialist Executives (PSE’s) to demonstrate the value of our portable x-ray machine in person and/or virtuallyYou will provide sales support to the PSE’s throughout the sales cycle to ensure and increase customer satisfaction delivering handover through follow-up trainings to our CustomersYou will provide clinical training and support to customers, as a subject matter expert, on-site and/or remotely to ensure customer is prepared to operate their equipment according to a minimum of safe and effective use guidelines and to fully utilize the complex functionality of the technology to meet their business needsYou will be responsible for providing documentation and argumentation for the sales team to support the sales processYou will work with the service team in discriminating between technical and application related problemsYou will provide his/her knowledge to support our Customer in their clinical needsYou will collaborate with the sales team, customer services engineers and marketing in order to develop our customers needsYou will develop strategies to ensure post sale customer satisfactionYou will track, monitor and develop customer education’s needsThis position may suit you best if you are familiar with what is below, and would like to do develop your career with HealthineersYou work effectively as a team, motivating colleagues and team members to produce the best resultsYou demonstrate clinical (RT) skills for advising and guiding complex customer environmentsYou possess high level of critical thinking in bringing successful resolution to high impact, complex and/or cross functional problemsYou have knowledge of the organization and how to effectively motivate and push in the right directionYou have consultative sales experienceYou have good PC skills (MS Office software like Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook)Willingness to travel and flexibility is expectedYou have very good presentation skills in the customer environment and you show team orientation, communication skills and customer orientationRequired skills to have for the success of this roleBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience requiredCertified ARRT (Radiography)Demonstrate exceptional organizational skillsMinimum of 5-8 years clinical & customer relationship experience in the field of healthcareWilling to travel up to 80%At Siemens Healthineers, we value those who dedicate their energy and passion to a greater cause.
