Product & Propositions Engagement Content Manager @DARWIN

The role of Darwin Product & Propositions Engagement Content Manager provides a critical link between the facts, features and benefits of Darwin’s products and propositions and the skilful translation of them into compelling content, tailored to the needs of a range of internal stakeholders. The role is responsible for creating content of varying formats to ensure internal colleagues have what they need at their fingertips – ranging from technical guides to sales enablement materials and guides for clients - to help convey our award-winning employee benefits software to the market and to clients.

The role will also assist with broader engagement, enablement and marketing activities to deliver an overall, year-round, engaging programme of activities to ensure relevant colleagues are always clear on the Darwin proposition and Darwin product developments. The role will work closely with product, propositions and marketing teams to translate stakeholders requirements into the right toolkit of materials and to deliver the programme of compelling engagement activities.

We will count on you to:

Proposition enablement for client and commercial teams including client and colleague support collateral, technical product guides, value proposition presentations, ‘reasons to believe’ etc.A range of regular communications to ensure colleagues are always up to date with new developments or changes in DarwinAssisting with both internal and client events, such as communication of Darwin’s development roadmapsSupport development of proposition and solution training programmes to support our teamsRecommending engagement best practice and implementing continuous monitoring and improvement activitiesInternal stakeholder communicationsSupporting MMB commercial marketing with the revision and creation of client-facing content

What you need to have: 

Must have experience of technical and product marketing content creation, with skills to produce clear and engaging copy. Some desk top design capabilities would also be desirableExcellent writing skills, with high attention to detail of both content and presentation impact, and ability to work to and apply brand guidelinesProactive attitude, with confidence to drive tasks forward and extremely well organised to ensure deadlines are achieved and needs promptedStrong evidence of striving for best practice and continuous improvement to deliver a highly compelling engagement experienceStrong stakeholder management and ability to communicate amongst a wide range of varying  stakeholders and ability to influence and communicate persuasively to our management team, clients, partners and prospectsHigh comfort level in reporting and analysisStrong internal drive and determination which enables you to thrive in a changing, fluid organisation.Commercial outlook and understanding of client and channel need
