Key responsibilities include, but are not exclusively:
· Design quality representative for system development
· Collaboration on system reliability modeling and life data analysis.
· Designing and executing endurance and marathon tests.
· Creating test coverage for requirements, FMEA items, and SRA items.
· Defining and maintaining test procedures and pass/fail criteria.
· Monitoring test progress and mitigating issues when necessary.
· Supporting design teams at the system and module level, including implementing Design for Reliability.
· Collaborating on root-cause analysis using statistical engineering and PPI approaches.
· Supporting project management by providing an overview of the status of PQA deliverables and documentation.
· Ensuring compliance with effective documents, IMS, EMS, and managing documentation.
Requirements:
· Technical university degree
· Hands-on expertise in creating test plans and test scripts, and testing experience
· Advantage is reliability engineering knowledge (Life data analysis, Weibull, system reliability modeling, ALT/HALT testing)
Competencies:
· Strong analytical and problem solving skills and attention to detail
· Excellent verbal and written communication and documentation skills
· Very good knowledge of written and spoken English
