**Summary:** Meta is seeking a Product Quality Engineer responsible for developing and implementing world class manufacturing and quality processes for the next generation of disruptive hardware products **Required Skills:** Product Quality Engineer, Data Center Hardware Responsibilities: 1. Lead the development of a comprehensive product quality strategy and process for next-generation data center hardware systems, ensuring timely delivery and exceeding quality standards 2. Ensure product and process quality targets are met by designing test methods, establishing standards and driving continuous improvement projects with Meta manufacturing partners and key commodity suppliers 3. Drive root cause and corrective action for failures that occur during server integration, rack production and in the Data Center 4. Early engagement with Meta Engineering teams to implement robust design for excellence requirements and ensure products meet cycle-time, cost, quality and yield targets 5. Create and maintain all production process and quality documentation 6. Conduct First Article and Source Inspections reviews on Meta hardware components and assemblies 7. Create bill of materials, engineering change notifications, and manufacturing process changes through product lifecycle management tools 8. Some International travel may be required **Minimum Qualifications:** Minimum Qualifications: 9. BS, Electrical or Computer Science, or equivalent 10. 6+ years of experience in design or manufacturing of server products 11. Familiarity with server hardware design and troubleshooting 12. Experience with new product introduction and manufacturing operations is required 13. Experience developing board and system level manufacturing test solutions 14. Demonstrated use of quality tools and methodologies in a manufacturing and/ or engineering environment 15. Demonstrated to perform design of experiment, perform root cause analysis and troubleshoot hardware related issues **Preferred Qualifications:** Preferred Qualifications: 16. Experience working on AI Hardware 17.
