Ensure all Electronics products and components meet highest quality standardsManaging Product Quality ActivitiesManaging Customer Requirements & DeliverablesAchieving Departmental & Company KPIs

Responsibilities

Main responsibilities:

Perform inspections of electronic products, components, and assemblies to identify failure modes and root causesHaving good knowledge in Product Management conceptsStrong electronics hardware technical skills, Hands on experience in PCBs/Relays, setting up test cases, developing scenarios and diagnosing technical problemsUnderstanding the needs of Customers on Quality Perspective Maintaining Product Deliverables with internal & external teamsCommunications with Internal & External stakeholdersWell versed with Quality assurance processes & systemsHaving good knowledge in Electronics Engineering ConceptsHaving good analytical skillsManaging Internal & External Non-ConformitiesExperience in handling Measuring InstrumentsImplementing New systems / processes as improvement (Poka-Yoke/Kaizens, etc…)Involvement in Continuous Improvement plans.Actively participate in customer complaints handling for reducing the zero km and within warranty failures.Motivating and involving subordinates in Quality Improvement plans like Kaizen, Suggestion Scheme, QRQC and other improvement activities
