Product Repair / Mod Technician A

Mesa, AZ

Contract Position

$26.58-$29.53/Hour

Responsibilities:

Inspect, analyze, and repair used aircraft components to restore serviceability.Interpret assembly drawings, process specifications, and technical manuals to verify dimensions and clearances.Perform corrosion removal, blending, and damage repair on various helicopter components.Utilize micrometers, calipers, and gauges to ensure repairs meet factory specifications.Conduct hand finishing, stud/bushing replacements, insert installations, and minor machining.Work with Manufacturing and Liaison Engineers to resolve planning issues and clarify repair dispositions.Maintain Foreign Object Debris (FOD) awareness and ensure a safe, organized workspace.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma/GED required.Mechanical skills or background required.Aviation repair experience preferred.
