As Aircraft Repair and Modification Technician you will:
\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
A successful candidate should be able to:
\r\n\r\n\r\n\tAssembles, disassembles, and/or modifies systems by changing, removing, replacing, or upgrading aerospace vehicle components to correct failures or implement changes.\r\n\tOversees assembly, disassembly, or overhaul.\r\n\tConfigures aerospace vehicles and bench test equipment.\r\n\tTroubleshoots complex pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems to isolate mechanical or electrical faults and repair faulty components.\r\n\tPerforms validation/verification testing of systems and components.\r\n\tDocuments procedures and established processes to ensure contractual and regulatory compliance (e.g., repairs, test results, applicable modifications, and inspection results).\r\n\tInspects components and verifies repairs for flight worthiness requirements.\r\n\tOversees training. Works under general direction.\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
This is a 12 Month full time Contract opportunity.

The ideal candidate will have:
\r\n\r\nClearance Required: Active Secret to Start
\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
Technical Skills/Experience Required:
\r\n\r\n\r\n\tExperience with aircraft maintenance\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
Desired Qualifications:
\r\n\r\n\r\n\tExperience on military fighter platforms\r\n\tSecurity Clearance within the past 2 years\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
Education Requirements:
\r\n\r\n\r\n\tEducation/experience typically acquired through basic education (e.g. High School diploma/GED) and typically 4 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. vocational school/Associate+2 years' related work, Bachelor, etc.).\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
Pay Rate: $36 to $41 per hour
\r\n\r\n*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
