Product Repair / Mod Technician C

Fort Walton Beach, FL

Contract Position

$35.89-$43.93/Hour

Responsibilities:

Assemble, disassemble, and modify aerospace systems by replacing or upgrading components to correct failures or implement changes.Troubleshoot and repair complex pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems to isolate and resolve mechanical or electrical faults.Perform validation and verification testing on systems and components to ensure proper functionality.Document repair processes, test results, modifications, and inspections to ensure compliance with contractual and regulatory standards.Inspect and verify component repairs for flight-worthiness requirements.Oversee training and provide guidance to team members as needed.Configure aerospace vehicles and bench test equipment for troubleshooting and testing purposes.

Qualifications:

Education & Experience: High School Diploma or GED combined with 4+ years of relevant work experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.Technical Skills:Expertise in aircraft wire assembly termination procedures.Familiarity with manufacturing processes (preferred).Solder qualifications (preferred).
