The Product team plans, builds and maintains industry-leading programmes. We build training content that changes lives. The training programmes we build are engaging, interactive, and cutting-edge, using modern training tools and creative approaches to content development. The Product team collaborates with Sales, Marketing, Compliance and Operations to achieve our company-level objectives. The role:
We are looking for experienced researcher to help us fully understand the needs, motivations, behaviours and pain points of both our learners and large enterprise clients, throughout their journeys with us. You will design and carry out research, and analyse the data collected to generate evidence-based recommendations to inform our products and learning experiences. You will work closely with cross-functional teams ensuring the research scope will inform key problem/opportunity areas. You will use various qualitative and quantitative methods, such as surveys, interviews, focus groups and usability testing to uncover user preferences in both the product design and improvement phases. You will make data and insight driven recommendations into the design, development and improvement of our entire range of products, putting the learner experience at the heart of what we do. You will effectively communicate recommendations using tools and techniques, such as personas, journey maps, and usability reports. Your work will help to ensure that the entire team is aligned around user needs and that the product exceeds the expectations of the target customer and consumer. You will do this by adopting a collaborative approach, developing strong relationships with stakeholders across the business.
Responsibilities include:
+ Plan and design research to determine the needs, motivations, behaviours and pain points of both our learners and buyers
+ Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders, such as Marketing and Business Development teams, to recruit users to participate in research
+ Design, plan and conduct primary research , including interviews and focus groups to gather insights
+ Use quantitative and qualitative methods to analyse data and provide actionable insights
+ Test and validate product requirements, identify trends and establish priorities
+ Map user journeys and create user personas to help better understand our target users and improve the learner experience
+ Present findings and share research results with stakeholders across the business development and product teams
+ Systematically scan and review the competitor landscape via desktop research to inform Product and Marketing
+ Keep up to date with UX research best practices and ensure that these are followed

Experience and Skills:
Essential:
+ Excellent knowledge and understanding of the complete range of research techniques needed to understand user behaviour
+ 3-5 years of experience in a UX researcher role
+ Skilled in data analysis to draw insights from data
+ Excellent communication skills
+ Demonstrable experience of working collaboratively to achieve results
Desirable:
+ Experience in B2B
+ Experience with complex buyer decisions involving multiple parties
+ Experience working with large enterprise clients across both private and public sectors
