Job overview:

The Product Sales Coordinator is responsible for promptly contacting customers regarding incomplete quotes and leads for custom products. You’ll collaborate closely with the Sales Specialist to relay customer needs and gather any missing information for quotes. Additionally, you will support retail stores with quotes, 9-digit SKUs, and any order-related questions or issues                

Complete all custom product quotes within the designated turnaround time of 4 hour turn around time Assist the sales team with resolving order issues and addressing data holds. Guarantee accuracy in processing all quotes. Maintain up-to-date and specialized knowledge of custom products. Deliver exceptional sales supports and outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities: 

Assist customers with all inquiries, concerns or order issues. Process all custom quotes for e-commerce and retail channels. Assist retail stores with any custom product issues or questions. Assist with creation of custom order SKU’s Inform the department manager of any vendor or customer-related issues promptly Stay current with all product updates and industry trends. Perform additional projects, tasks, or labor hours as assigned by the department manager.

Qualifications:

High school diploma required; a 2-year college degree is preferred. Strong sales and customer service skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel. Technical aptitude and ability to adapt to new tools and systems. Accurate typing skills. Proven ability to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment.
