The Product Sales Executive for our Angiography business line is a field sales position in our Midwest Zone, focused on selling fixed high end angiography systems into multiple disciplines including, Interventional Radiology, Cardiology, Neuro, and Surgery. The Angio PSE is responsible for all sales, business development and marketing activities for the Angiography market in certain territories within the listed regions of the zone. The main targets are to drive profitable growth and internal and external mind share in the Angio segment.

The ideal candidate will have a background in Angiography either as a Clinical Technologist, Applications specialist, or has technical engineering expertise. Previous sales experience in high-end capital equipment or related Healthcare fields would be considered as beneficial.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

Be the Clinical and Technical Expert for Siemens full-line sales force, prospects, and customers; including clinical expertise in Interventional Radiology, Cardiology, and Surgery, and technical expertise in Siemens Artis X-Ray Systems and Sensis Monitoring and Recording Systems. Customer Relationship Management: Maintain and build close relationships with key accounts Identify critical customer decision makers, trends, and assess business implications for Business Line. Strategically stimulate and grow the market by engaging early and continuously in the sales cycle. Ensure maximum sales coverage through optimal utilization of existing internal and external sales channels. Support and drive the sales process in the entire assigned region to achieve assigned business targets for dollars, units, price quality, and market share. Develop and execute strategies and tactical plans to maximize installed base retention, competitive conversion, upgrades, visibility, and overall win rate. Interface directly with prospects to qualify potential opportunities, determine optimal system configurations, and generate quotations accordingly.Create and deliver customized presentations and demonstrations or site visits to prospects based on their clinical, operational, and financial needs.Observe and share market/competitive information with the business line for the purpose of improving market strategies.When required, represent Siemens Advanced Therapies business at professional meetings and tradeshows (e.g., Siemens Meetings, RSNA, ACC, SIR, etc.).

Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience 

Extensive (+5 years) Clinical or Technical expertise in Interventional Radiology, Cardiology, and SurgeryDemonstrated capacity to operate in a complex, matrixed environment; interact with a broad spectrum of stakeholders (C-Level Executives, Physicians, Administrators, Technologists, Nurses, and Sales Counterparts).Display high level of critical thinking in bringing successful resolution to high-impact, complex, and/or cross functional problems.Results oriented to ensure achievement of the sales targets, customer satisfaction and market share and visibility goals.Skills to guide the local sales teams towards a high-performance culture.Demonstrated a capacity to sell in complex environments.Travel will be around 70% Effective written and oral communication skills.                

Preferred Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience
