Responsibilities:

Together with the sales teams, build up the funnel, qualify the opportunities and contribute to closing the sales and achieve the sales quota for the territory/region.

       Knowledge of Distributors, RRM’s and MSP’s       Be customer-centric by providing market-leading solutions and support to solve customer problems       Provide product specialist expertise to RMM’s, CSP’s and MSP’s       Demo RMM plugins with Bitdefender GravityZone Cloud Security for MSP’s       Work very closely with the regional business manager and the sales teams       Provide customer feedback, feature request etc. to Product Management and Development       Attain quarterly and annual objectives assigned by management       Deliver product demos and product proof of concepts during the sales process       Build and maintain relationships with Bitdefender customers       Participate in regional shows       Engage in and create internal projects that benefit customers       Attend industry related trade shows

 

Requirements:

Experience & Knowledge 3+ years of experience in a technical sales, sales engineering, or product specialist role, preferably in cybersecurity or IT services. Understanding of cybersecurity solutions, endpoint protection, and managed security services. Familiarity with Distributors, RMMs (Remote Monitoring and Management), CSPs (Cloud Solution Providers), and MSPs (Managed Service Providers). Experience working with security and IT management platforms, including RMM plugins and cloud-based security solutions. Technical Skills Strong ability to demo security solutions. Hands-on experience with RMM tools, endpoint security solutions, and cloud security platforms. Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks, compliance, and industry best practices. Ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues and work with product management and development teams to escalate customer concerns. Sales & Business Acumen Proven track record of supporting sales teams in driving revenue and closing deals. Strong presentation and communication skills to effectively engage with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders. Ability to qualify opportunities, build customer relationships, and deliver compelling product demonstrations. Experience working in a quota-driven sales environment with defined quarterly and annual targets. Soft Skills Excellent customer engagement and relationship-building skills. Ability to work collaboratively with sales, product management, and technical teams. Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
